Set in the archipelago of the Maldives, in the Indian Ocean, Athuruga Island Resort is located in South Ari Atoll of the Republic of Maldives. Athuruga is located about 90 km away from the Male’ International Airport and 25 minutes away from Male’ (the capital city) by seaplane/air taxi.

All Inclusive: Athuruga offers only all inclusive basis. Included are full board, all drinks at the Main Bar and Beach bar (champagne & ice cream not included) and mini bar in guest room. Laser boat, canoe, windsurfs are offered free to guests who must be experienced and licensed for such activities. Also available are catamaran rides with instructors. Snorkeling equipment are offered free against a deposit towards loss of damage. Also free guided snorkeling on house reef daily is offered. Laundry service, aerobics, stretching, water gym and dance lessons are free of charge. One fisherman island excursion per stay included free, beach towels provided free and doctor’s service and infirmary are included free.
Accommodation: There are 46 Beach Bungalows and 5 Garden Rooms with check-in time as 14:00 and check-out time as 12:00.

Main Restaurant: Breakfast Buffet -American, Lunch Buffet, Theme Nights Buffet (fish barbecue, Italian, Asian Chinese & Maldivian). Lobster & prawns dishes are available on request at charge.
Main Bar: Large selection of cocktails, liquors & wines and also cigars are available at charge.
Beach Bar: Tea & coffee, soft drinks, beer, mineral water, sparkling wines and short eats are available. And Ice cream available at charge.
Animation
Volleyball, table tennis, darts, indoor games, and evening animation entertainment & disco are also offered at the resort.
Sports & Leisure
Water Sports Center: Laser boat, canoe, windsurfs offered free to guests who must be skilled and licensed for these activities. Also available are catamaran rides with instructors
Snorkeling on house reef and biology courses are available at charge.
The Crab Diving Center: Offers a wide variety of diving services including dive courses & dive specialty courses, dive excursions, a dive souvenir shop and dive equipment for hire. Courses are conducted in Italian, English and German Languages.
