The quantity of members is a vexed question for every group creator. It is also desirable, that your group has one woman at least (but not more than a half of quantity of men) and a dog (for frightening thieves, bears and for hunting). Children under fourteen years are not welcome in difficult trips.
The age of participants should be various, because somebody must share their experience and there must be somebody, who can carry heavy bags.
All members of a team are such people of any one of whom the leader has the fee simple, because he takes upon himself the responsibility for the life and health of every participant. It is better not to take obstinate participants in a trip, because it will be a risk to spoil so long-awaited and so expensive rest. On the other hand, without bright, original personalities your team loses much.

- sense of humour, good food and ability to forgive are the best medicines for quarrels;
- every beginner should understand that the trip is a «trial by a hard task» before a following trip;
- the leader of a group should show his strength only in extreme situations. “Admiral” must be “a professional” and “an authority”, he must not have favourites, must be flexible (always) and strict (in extreme situations);
